On May 13th the CPSC published the proposed final rule that would amend the existing 16 CFR 1110 rule regarding certificates of compliance or General Conformity Certificates and Children's Product Certificates (GCC, CPC). The proposed amendment is intended to update the existing rule, passed by the Commission quickly after enactment of CPSIA, clarifying many requirements and bringing it in line with new rules including 16 CFR 1107 (Testing and Labeling Pertaining to Product Certification), and 16 CFR 1109 (Component Part Testing).This one-hour webinar includes:
